sorry for my bad english !!
I tried to upload the image for cuboid
the front end epitome is working ~
but when I try to upload the summit & bottom paradigm
it just testify me the error message as above.
I'grand certain that size of image all right ~
any ideas ??

After more trial and error I've ended that the issue I'one thousand having is due to the image format.
A jpg worked. I've saved png'southward out of photoshop with every possible setting I can and none of them seem to work.
I'll have to download the database and test to encounter if it works. Would I exist correct in making the assumption that white pixels vs transparent pixels shouldn't matter? I mean neither agree whatsoever useful information for Vuforia anyhow.

Hi there, I'm getting the "try over again later" error as well. I'1000 trying to upload a side prototype for a cylinder target (I don't need top or bottom).
I've followed the documentation and the tips in this thread. My image dimensions should match that which I entered for the cylinder dimensions (circumference : side).
In testing, I decided to effort an prototype with a completely wrong aspect ratio. When doing this, I get an mistake message stating that I demand to fix the aspect ratio. So I tin can (hopefully) safely presume that my prototype dimensions are correct, given that I don't get the error when I try to use my desired paradigm.
My paradigm is PNG-24 at 428kb size, so it meets the size and type requirements. Once more, I tested unsupported size and type and got advisable mistake letters explaining the result.
Either the Vuforia backend is actually having trouble right now and I should try again later, or there'southward some other cheque that happens during upload that my paradigm fails on and the fault isn't being reported properly, instead it'south beingness defenseless by this grab-all "try once more subsequently" message.

Hullo, you need to take intendance of image format (JPEG or PNG, RGB 24bits, no blastoff, no 32bits, image size less than 2 MB), and
you need to take care that the Aspect ratio of each epitome is compliant with the aspect ratio of the various faces of the cuboid, as mentioned in this thread already.
I thing that tin assist is to sketch your cuboid on paper so to amend visualize it and check the exact attribute ratio of each confront, and then compare information technology with the i of your images.

the cuboid issue (top/bottom images) should be fixed in the electric current system; please attempt once more if not alrready..

thanks for the images, I received them.
Really in your case the dimensions that y'all are using for the cuboid are not respecting the aspect ratio of the images:
for example, your front image is 600 x 160 pixels => aspect ratio = 600 / 160 = 3.75
while your cuboid width and top are 71 10 19 => aspect ratio = 71 / 19 = 3.7368
And so, y'all should either resize your paradigm (with an image editor) so that its aspect ratio is three.7368, or yous should change your cuboid dimensions (for case using Width = 71 and Elevation = 18.93 instead of 19.0)
Y'all should also verify the length dimension (I simply tested the width and the height using your forepart image)

Hello adala88, just a quick update: we take identified the cause of the consequence; this is under correction and an update of the TMS with this fix is expected relatively soon (although I don't take an official ETA yet, but i will update you when I have more than details).
Hi, meanwhile, could you make some "experiments" by using cuboids of different sizes (east.g. changing width or height significantly), to see if you get information technology to work ?
This would aid narrowing down the trouble (while nosotros as well investigate on our side...)

How-do-you-do, I ave received your files thanks, and I reproduced the event (also using a different image).
On the other hand, I was able to upload top and bottom images (resized to different sizes) on a Cuboid with different dimensions.
So the result does not seem to come from the image, but rather from the dimensions used.
I will bring this issue to the Vuforia team, as it might be some kind of misbehaviour of the Target Manager.
I volition update you every bit presently as I get feedback.
Could you PM me your image files and the cuboid settings (dimensions) that you use; I would like first to try and reproduce your error, so to exclude that there is a problem with your account...

Hi, this might possibly exist a temporary problem, take you lot tried logging out and loggin in over again and uploading again ?
practise you get the same fault consistently ?
